Based just a few minutes outside the centre of Birmingham Diepress offers a number of manufacturing capabilities: Diecasting, Metal Pressings, Metal Fabrication, Assembly, Wet Spraying and Powder Coating.
Diepress also offers storage facilities and we can dispatch goods directly to your customers on your behalf.
Ventilation Grille Products
Diepress manufactures a range of ventilation products for a variety of applications whether it be for supply or extract; or interior or external use.
These include a number of pressed steel return air terminals, return air grilles, aluminium fabricated grilles, diffusers and aluminium louvres.
We keep a large stock of many different sizes which can be finished to any RAL or BS colour.
If required we can manufacture a unit to your bespoke specification.
Intumescent Products
Diepress manufactures Intumescent Fire Grilles using a frame designed specifically to encase graphite based intumescent capable of expansion up to 25 times its original size.
These are certified to BS 476 parts 20 &22. We also offer related products such as the intumescent material itself and Intumescent Sealant.
Our experience in combining our own steel designs with intumescent materials means we are equipped to manufacture other intumescent components if required.
